We have top-of-the-line infrastructure and technology; as good as in any modern, technologically advanced meat processing facility in the world.
Our cutting room is equipped with an environment sanitation system, the first in Latin America to be installed in a food-plant. This system eliminates any kind of bacteria and microorganism in the air.
A rigorous hygienic control is maintained throughout the slaughter and bone removal process, supported by quality systems such as Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and other manufacturing practices such as POES; all these to ensure the quality and purity of the product.
The temperature and the vacuum-room are carefully monitored, thus prolonging the shelf life of the product, and guaranteeing that the meat will reach the end user in excellent conditions.
All of our processes (feeding, slaughter, cutting, bone removal, packing, transportation and storage) are certified by the official brand “Mexico Calidad Suprema”. This brand is managed by three different federal entities. The Secretary of Economy, the Secretary of Agriculture, Livestock, Food and Rural Development (SAGARPA) and the Mexican Foreign Trade Bank (BANCOMEXT)
ProCarnes is currently involved in the process of becoming certified by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).
